Key Responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through online channels and networking
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
3. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
4. Maintain and update candidate databases
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards
6. Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
