Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

As a talent acquisition intern at Noryo Infinity Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of recruitment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), as well as strong skills in MS-Excel and MS-Word.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
2. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Update and maintain recruitment databases and candidate profiles.
4. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs.
5. Support the onboarding process for new employees.
6. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
