Pawzz is looking for a proactive and people-driven junior recruiter to lead and manage a large team of interns while handling the full spectrum of recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leadership, team dynamics, and organizational growth in the social sector. You'll be at the heart of our talent engine- fueling our mission through people.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manage a team of 70+ interns, ensuring daily performance and engagement goals are met.
2. Maintain and update intern activity records, providing timely reports and actionable management insights.
3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes- from screening and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding.
4. Provide consistent support to interns by addressing queries and resolving challenges with empathy and efficiency.
5. Drive motivation through engagement initiatives and personalized strategies to uplift team morale and output.
6. Draft and issue official documentation such as offer letters, certificates, and LORs with accuracy and timeliness.
Reporting structure:
1. You will report directly to the HR manager.
2. A team of 70+ interns will report to you for daily guidance, task allocation, and performance tracking.

1. Prior leadership or recruitment experience (internships included) is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Can dedicate 6-7 hours daily.
4. Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
5. A solution-oriented, self-motivated, and empathetic approach to people management.
6. Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 30,000 - 40,000 lump sum
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 lump sum
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 400000/year
