About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. As a TA intern, you'll assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
- Help with onboarding coordination and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
