I am looking for result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients over the phone, understanding their property requirements, and assisting them with buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database to promote real estate properties.
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries to provide property details and pricing information.
Lead Generation and Follow-ups:
Identify and qualify leads through initial conversations and gather client requirements.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up actions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a detailed database of calls made, client interactions, and outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Goode in telecalling, customer service, or sales
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
High level of motivation, discipline, and confidence.
