As a Telecalling intern at Astro Skool, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your proficiency in Hindi and English to engage with potential customers and provide them with information about our astrological services. Your role will involve making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, and following up with leads to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our astrological services.
2. Handling incoming calls and providing information about our products and services.
3. Following up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in MS-Excel.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
6. Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Continuously improving your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
