2. Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling strategies.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our database.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating telecalling campaigns to promote our brand.
6. Participate in training sessions to improve calling techniques and product knowledge.
7. Provide feedback on calling scripts and strategies to enhance overall performance.

Stipend Structure:
