Tour Coordinator Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling to-and-fro of ongoing fixed departure trips and domestic and international holiday packages.
2. Coordinating with the core sales team, property, and transport vendors for a smooth travel experience of customers before and during the trip.
3. Help resolve problems arising in traveling and accommodation by researching best-suited deals in terms of price, quality, and quantity.
4. Keep track on hotel bookings, bus and flight tickets, and car rentals.
5. Researching new property and transport vendors, studying trip itineraries, and maintaining records of payments & and other B2B deals.
6. Coordinating with the on-ground team at respective travel destinations.
7. Coordinating with the core operations team.
8. Keeping the group engaged with day-to-day activities and enhancing their travel experience.
9. Maintaining cordial relationships with the local vendors and team.
