About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation: Conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality, original video content highlighting startup stories, investment insights, and platform updates
2. Vlogging: Producing regular vlogs that showcase exciting startups, simplify investment concepts, and engage the Pepcorns community
3. Interviews and features: Conducting, and engaging interviews with startup founders and industry experts, highlighting key insights and success stories
4. Working on platform updates: Creating compelling videos that explain new features, updates, and success stories on Pepcorns
5. Managing trendspotting: Staying updated on the latest content trends in startups and investments to keep Pepcorns' content fresh and relevant
6. Social media strategy: Optimizing video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and reach
7. Working on brand storytelling: Crafting a cohesive brand narrative through videos that position Pepcorns as a leader in democratizing startup funding
8. Community interaction: Responding to comments, interacting with the community, and gathering feedback to enhance content relevance
9. Working on cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and founders to ensure content aligns with company goals and resonates with the target audience
10. Working on analytics-driven optimization: Using video performance analytics to inform future content strategies and continuously improving engagement and conversion rates

5. An understanding of social media platforms and best practices for video content
6. Experience in storytelling and interviewing subjects to bring out compelling narratives
