We're looking for a Visual Development & Game Design Intern to join our creative team! This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students with a strong interest in UI/UX design, visual development for games, and 2D animation. You will work closely with both creative and technical teams, contributing to the design of interactive learning games and platforms. Interns will assist in early concept work and help polish production-ready assets.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to design engaging characters and environments for educational games
2. Assist in developing intuitive, child-friendly user interfaces (UI/UX)
3. Contribute to the visual development of interactive platforms and support animation workflows
4. Create 2D animations that enhance playful and educational storytelling
5. Produce high-quality visual assets using industry-standard design and animation tools
6. Learn from experienced designers and contribute to refining visual concepts
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and help develop both conceptual and production-ready designs

1. Strong interest in UI/UX design, game design, and animation
2. A sharp eye for visual aesthetics with an understanding of rhythm and pacing in animation
3. Passion for crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and educational user experiences
4. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
5. Curiosity about how design and animation can enhance learning and user engagement
6. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Animate CC, Photoshop, and After Effects (preferred)
7. Prior experience in 2D game design or animation projects (a plus)
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 500000/year
