About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by researching potential clients such as startups, enterprises, and global companies.
2. Client Outreach: Support the team in reaching out to hiring managers, CTOs, and Talent Acquisition teams through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
3. Market Research: Conduct research to understand trends in tech hiring and recruitment, and suggest target industries or companies for outreach.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior business development managers to help build relationships with new clients and nurture existing partnerships.
5. Data Management: Maintain and update client data, track leads, and ensure that CRM tools are up-to-date with the latest communication logs.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Outcomes, Marketing, and Career Services teams to align on business development strategies.
7. Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on lead generation activities, client interactions, and overall progress towards targets.

5. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.

6. Strong research and analytical skills.
