Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build business relations with current and potential customers
2. Be part of the project team at the pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive close
3. Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of new client acquisition, number of projects, and value
4. Build a robust pipeline of business leads
5. Prospect and acquire new clients
6. Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential customers
7. Identify, evaluate, and implement new lucrative business propositions

1. The candidate should be experienced in interior design sales with knowledge of design, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc.
2. Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship - building, and business development activities.
3. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in large residential projects.
4. Possess advanced verbal and written communication skills.
5. The candidate must have experience working with an interior design firm.
6. The candidate must have good knowledge of interior design, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc.
7. Willingness to work under time pressure and visit to the customers location.
8. Ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
9. The candidate who can speak Kannada, Hindi, and English will be preferred.
10. Preference for a graduate in any specialization.
