About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on ground/on the field in order to hire supply to meet the current demand in the market at the Urban company
2. Travelling in different areas of Bangalore to drive referrals/visiting salons
3. Meeting current UC supply base to onboard beauticians onto our platform
4. Solving all operational challenges on a day to day basis to meet the onboarding target in the month
