About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support regional teams with respect to micro-market research and Intel creation.
2. Undertake primary research from local intel, networking, newspaper, internet, and cold calling
3. Work on mapping various asset classes, as required based on industrial client requirements
4. Engage with multiple property owners in allocated base locations and understand the market dynamics
5. Support the transaction advisory team to effectively execute & conclude transactions
6. Articulate and present reports/deliverables in required detail to reporting manager
7. Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 6th Apr'21 and 11th May'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Anantapur, Belagavi, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Dharwad, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kannur, Hubballi, Mysorepatta and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be a self-starter & team player

2. Should have passion for real estate

3. Should be open to travel (this role will require extensive travel to location across the city - 2 wheeler will be ideal for this internship)

4. Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues

6. Should b peroficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
