Anindita Banerjee is looking for a motivated client engagement coordinator intern with strong skills in appointment scheduling, client communication, CRM management, research, and effective time management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments with potential clients, ensuring accuracy in details.
2. Maintain proactive communication with clients, responding to inquiries and following up.
3. Support CRM management by inputting and updating client information accurately.
4. Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and leads.
5. Coordinate follow-ups by sending reminder emails or calls regarding upcoming meetings.
6. Track engagement metrics to assess appointment success rates.
7. Provide administrative support, including report preparation and file organization.
8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client engagement strategies.

Other requirements

1. Internship or Work Experience: Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

2. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform decision-making and improve engagement strategies.

4. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage changing priorities.
