About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own daily delivery of content material and proactively coordinate with internal teams
2. Anticipate and communicate operational roadblocks
3. Manage operational trackers to ensure timelines are met
4. Analyze data for anomalies, trends, and opportunities for improvement
5. Complete impact analyses for all operations improvements
6. Participate in efforts to improve capabilities, process improvement, and technology projects
7. Conduct sanity checks for content onboarding
8. Perform/create metadata and QC of content as required
