Cooking Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organizing the assigned work area and efficiently put away the orders
2. Preparing and selling food within the recommended time frame to meet customer expectations
3. Operating kitchen equipment like braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
4. Producing quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff
5. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the assigned work area
6. Preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and according to specification
7. Preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
8. Preparing all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide
9. Cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
10. Washing and peeling fresh fruits, vegetables, and weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients in correct proportions
