About KlentySoft Incorporation
We are a software product startup headquartered in the US, with the core team working out of Chennai. We are angel-funded and part of the first batch of NASSCOM Chennai startup warehouse. Klenty is a SaaS product that helps salespeople automate their communication process and has over 300 clients globally.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide immediate support to our users via chat (so most of your day will be spent responding to and following up on questions raised on chat)
2. Work on liaison between the customer and engineering and product teams
3. Represent the customer and provide the right insights to the product team
4. Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Who can apply

2. Should be product expert and able to double up as pre-sales engineers

3. Should have impeccable communication

4. Should be able to respond quickly and succinctly to queries via chat, email, or phone

5. Should be a people person (that is, if someone is empathetic, a good listener, and is keen to help)

6. Able to work well with your team

7. Should have experience in customer support, talking to people across the globe

8. Able to understand the processes and the do's and don'ts that are involved in managing customer support
