About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in data ingestion and extraction, exploring various techniques such as:
a. Utilizing ETL processes for data movement from a cloud.
b. Implementing workflow automation for seamless data processing.
c. Contribute to data transformation and aggregation tasks, emphasizing structured data models.
2. Strong Python programming skills for data manipulation and analytics.
3. Ability to write complex SQL queries.
4. Assist in building and fine-tuning machine learning models, including classification, regression, and time series forecasting.
5. Develop applications to support data analysis and visualization.
6. Curiosity and interest in Generative AI, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
7. Collaborate with the team on machine learning modelling, forecasting, and data analysis projects.
8. Learn and utilize cloud services. For example: Azure services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics, to optimize data processing workflows.
9. Learn and leverage various tools and technologies to optimize data processing workflows.
10. Having hands on Azure/AWS/any other cloud, Git and Data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is added advantage.

4. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills with good attitude.

5. A foundational understanding of data science concepts, hands on projects in model building for classification, regression, or time series analysis.
