HR And Business Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with talent acquisition, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
2. Managing employee records, onboarding processes, and HR documentation
3. Planning and organizing office events, meetings, and gatherings
4. Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities
5. Assisting with lead generation, client outreach and follow-ups, scheduling meetings and preparing communications for potential clients and stakeholders
6. Identifying and qualifying potential clients, partners, and new business leads through online research, industry networks, and events
7. Tracking and managing the business development pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
8. Helping in developing marketing materials that highlight Acenzo's portfolio, services, and value proposition for prospective clients
