Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and talent acquisition is desirable.

3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR management or CRM software

7. Familiarity with tendering processes and export documentation is a plus
