About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting the monthly updates from various stakeholders from across the organization from various departments, collating the data, and preparing the content & articles for the HR monthly newsletter
2. Digitalizing and publishing the monthly newsletter - content collation & writing, designing, and also coordinating with IT & corporate communication (BL and BBIL), to publish on a monthly basis

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 31st Mar'21 and 5th May'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with internal business & HR stakeholders across functions & locations and with external vendors

2. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills (presenting induction, drafting mails, content writing for newsletter and articles, etc.)

3. Should have interest/prior experience in creative content writing & designing

4. Should be tech-savvy, as we will need to digitalize various processes, create microsites for back-to-work programs for maternity returnees, etc.
