Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings, sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
2. Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating the HRIS database
3. Coordinate training and development programs for employees
4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
5. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
6. Assist with organizational development initiatives and employee engagement activities
7. Collaborate with HR team on various projects and initiatives to support company goals
