Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
4. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
