Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working on recruitment which is core HR work like searching/sourcing and screening resumes to shortlisting, headhunting, coordinating, and conducting interviews, negotiating with candidates, maintaining the database, coordinating for campus placement, business development, updating relevant trackers, and all other business purpose activities of Recruito.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
Internship does not require the intern to travel anywhere; a chance to have a multidimensional experience of HR which can be further discussed at the time of the interview.
