About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on HR documentation
2. Work on training program coordination for new joiners
3. Work on onboarding and induction of new joiners
4. Work on exit formalities
5. Work on general administration and coordination for HR
6. Update all HR trackers and employee information on HRIS
7. Create and maintain employee files on the HR drive
8. Identify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans
9. Manage different online sourcing platforms for recruitment
10. Review applications and interview processes
11. Coordinate with the candidates proactively
12. Develop recruitment related documents
13. Ensure accurate and complete guidelines and procedures are maintained throughout
14. Conduct recruitment drives in various colleges and maintain relations
15. Find fun ways to engage and retain existing team members
