About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Approaching the MBA institutes for our campus programs
2. Collating data and analyzing the application of interested students
3. Coordinating end-to-end campus processes including pre-campus, during-campus, and post-campus processes with students and placement coordinators
4. Monitoring activities of the campus selected before joining and after joining
5. Monitoring and implementing tasks for the campus program after onboarding in Tata AIA
6. Managing a calendar for all campus programs initiated
7. Handling candidate personnel file documentation pre-hiring
8. Ensuring to have a complete best-in-class onboarding process for campus professionals in the organization

Note: The duration of this internship is 12 months
