About the internship

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for Human Resources? Join our team at MOTM Technologies as an HR intern! You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
3. Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
6. Help with HR projects and initiatives, such as updating employee handbooks and creating training materials.
7. Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and address employee needs.
