Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with a highly talented group of HR leaders
2. Know how HR policies are implemented across business units
3. Develop the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
4. Understand the various people processes at each stage of employee life cycle management
5. Perform talent mapping and build ideal profiles for the roles across Dr. Reddy's
