Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Working on knowing how HR policies are implemented across business units and developing the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
3. Engaging in understanding the various people processes at each stage of the employee life cycle management
4. Working on performing talent mapping and building ideal profiles for the roles across Dr. Reddy's
