We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team for identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and understanding future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications with the help of the recruitment manager/hiring manager
2. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and define the hiring process
3. Identifying and evaluating suitable candidates through existing candidate databases, online hiring portals, social media, etc.
4. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
5. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
6. Initiating pre-joining process for selected candidates and getting their employment entry done with the help of the HR manager/recruitment manager
7. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
8. Managing internship programs via campus hiring & online hiring portal
9. Providing recruitment reports to team managers
10. Designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation
