IT Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical support to end-users, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
2. Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
3. Responding to user queries and providing timely resolution to technical issues
4. Documenting and tracking support tickets using our ticketing system
5. Assisting in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software solutions
6. Conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with security policies
7. Learning about our data center infrastructure and monitoring system performance
8. Collaborating with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions
