About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client Support: Assisting in managing and responding to client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
2. Project coordination: Supporting the coordination and execution of client projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality
3. Data management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and other relevant data in the company's CRM system
4. Reporting: Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings, including analysis of client performance and project outcomes
5. Researching: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to help identify opportunities for client growth and improvement
6. Cross-department collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
7. Managing administrative tasks: Handling various administrative duties as assigned, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking notes during client calls
