Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
6. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
7. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
8. Help organize recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits.
9. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
