Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support recruitment processes: Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions.
2. Job posting: Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and internal career pages.
3. Candidate sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job portals, and other tools to identify potential candidates for open positions.
4. Interview coordination: Schedule and help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Applicant tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant.
6. Market research: Assist in researching market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
7. Employer branding: Support initiatives to promote the company's employer brand across platforms.
