About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a deep understanding of the supported software applications, an ability to analyze issues and identify resolutions and to communicate clearly
2. Work on assisting users through resolving their queries or issues, raised using the organization's ticketing platform or other supported channels
3. For issues that require deeper technical knowledge or access to code, escalate the tickets to higher levels of support and support at all levels in due course
4. When issues are resolved, work on validating the resolution in pre-production and production environment

Stipend will increase after initial duration based on the performance.

Beginner/Basic knowledge/Understanding of C# with .NET, coding and designing, T-SQL and SQL Server optimization, configuration management tools like Git, TFS/Azure DevOps etc., CI/CD, scalable, secure, and maintainable code, and software design and development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent English language skills
