About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshooting technical issues.
2. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
3. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
4. Gathering useful information in providing recommendations and solutions to a technical problem
5. Following up with the clients to ensure the problem is resolved
