The candidate that will succeed in this position will be passionate about creating an amazing user-end experience for the company's needs and the clients. Therefore, the candidate must have great technical depth and the ability to work with a team of engineers in order to execute the development and design of these web applications.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle technical ownership and accountability for specific components/modules of development projects
2. Analyze the requirements and come up with estimates for the assigned modules
3. Write feature specification/detail design documents for the modules
4. Analyze the development and agile and scrum processes and outcomes to identify root causes & drive opportunities for improvement
5. Develop and maintain processes to meet our business objectives
