Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: (Work from Office), Candidates preferably from Gurgaon or Dwarka Expressway will be preferred

1. Interacting with prospective customers during pre-sales and sales
2. Understanding their requirements and provide solutions
3. Interacting with our existing clients for post-sales and up-selling activities
4. Carrying out research to identify prospective clients, sales leads, etc.
5. Making outbound calls to potential customers
6. Sharing information about our products and services by following sales scripts
7. Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
8. Working on a strategic approach to retention & customer service
9. Selling/upselling products and place customer orders/requests in the system
10. Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process
11. Following up with customer calls for collections where necessary
12. Answering incoming calls and respond to customer emails
13. Identifying problem statement & escalate issues to the manager as appropriate
14. Documenting call information according to standard operating procedures
15. Recording calls through a computerized system
16. Performing customized targeted sales strategies
17. Meeting the required targets for assigned leads/database, active and inactive calls
18. Managing leads and maintaining a healthy conversion rate
