About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee day-to-day business operations including health coaches, client onboarding, and scheduling.
2. Optimize and automate workflows for improved efficiency.
3. Manage internal and external communications between the technical team and health experts.
4. Maintain and improve the quality of service delivery and client experience.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational goals.
6. Assist in client and team performance reporting and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking.
7. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of each close).
