Required Qualifications:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
3. Basic HTML/CSS skills for email customization.
4. Strong written communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to analyze campaign metrics and derive insights.
7. Creative mindset for designing appealing emails.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Internship or work experience in digital/email marketing.
2. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
3. Experience with A/B testing.
4. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
5. Copywriting skills for persuasive email content.
6. Basic project management skills.
Other requirements:
1. Access to a reliable laptop.
2. Stable internet connection for remote work and virtual meetings.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue generated).
