3. Monitor and reply to direct messages, mentions, and comments promptly.
4. Handle group communication with clients, providing regular updates on social media activities
5. Track conversations with clients to ensure smooth communication.
6. Monitor and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth for each platform.
