About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates.
2. Conducting cold calls and managing email communications.
3. Shortlisting candidates and setting up interviews.
4. Coordinating follow-ups with candidates.
5. Negotiating salaries and notice periods.
6. Managing the offer and joining process for candidates.
7. Handling MIS report management.
8. Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
