Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for various job positions
2. Participate in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications
3. Support clients in coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
4. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
