About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales: Lead sales efforts and achieve sales targets for AI and software sales.
2. Sales planning: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
3. Cold calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings for demos and pre-sales.
4. Deal closure: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing leads, delivering sales pitches, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales.
5. Customer relationship management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers.
6. Market research: Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and perform competitive analysis.
7. Sales reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
8. Lead nurturing: Engage in lead nurturing through offline and online channels, including email marketing, social media interactions, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in enterprise sales.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

7. Hands-on experience in enterprise sales with exposure to various aspects of the sales process.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
