About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and executing stress and load tests by developing testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and infrastructure to measure performance under high traffic, peak usage, and stress conditions
2. Monitoring system performance by analyzing system behavior under load, including CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization, while identifying bottlenecks and potential scalability issues
3. Creating test scripts using performance testing tools to automate and run tests that simulate a wide range of user interactions
4. Identifying and reporting issues by detecting performance problems, including memory leaks, crashes, or slowdowns, and providing detailed reports to the development team
5. Generating reports to create and present performance test results, suggesting improvements for system optimization

Other requirements
1. Experience working with Load Runner, Stress Testing, Load Testing, etc or at least having any certifications on the same
2. In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, or similar tools
3. Strong ability to write test scripts using tools like JMeter, Selenium, or custom scripting languages (Java, Python, etc.)
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
