Academic Counsellor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel the new students
2. Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students
3. Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication
4. Explain course details to students/parents
5. Provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions
6. Give presentations to prospective clients in the education sector like colleges and universities
7. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
8. Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
9. Work on the day-to-day activities of the center, coordinate lectures between trainers and students

Requirements:

1. Immediate joining
2. Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
3. Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
5. Expertise in Microsoft Office
6. Tech-savvy, agile, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude
7. A logical, solution-oriented mindset with good analytical ability
8. Excellent written and verbal communication
9. Bachelor s degree in any stream
10. Qualifications: bachelor s degree in any stream
11. 1-3 years of experience in education sales
