Job Description: Customer Acquisition Executive (Shiksha Udaan Capital)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Acquisition Executive to join our organization as a Customer Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving the growth of organization. Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls.
2. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of the loan offerings.
3. Guide potential borrowers through the loan application process, explaining required documentation and procedures.
4. Assist customers in completing application forms accurately and efficiently.
5. Coordinate with different banks for the sanction and disbursement of loans.
6. Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on their application status and offering personalized support.
