Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying & understanding the students' needs
2. Counselling students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest
3. Managing the overall counselling over inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins
4. Working on effective follow-up with prospects

Requirements:

1. Female candidates only
2. Up to 1 year of work experience as an education counselor or in B2B/B2C sales
3. Available to join immediately
4. Good communication skills (must)

Note: The job location would be Noida Sec 2, B Block (near Sec 15 metro station).
