1. Take complete ownership of a group of students, including onboarding, detailed counseling, regular follow-ups, and overall responsibility of the account
2. Develop a deep understanding of the university admissions process and application cycle
3. Build a trusted relationship with students as their Coach for guidance regarding university admissions
4. Review the progress of every student application to understand performance levels and address bottlenecks with different teams
5. Build cross-discipline relationships within the organization by partnering closely with the Growth team, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, and other support functions while providing feedback and insights
Requirements:
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
2. Have 0-3 years of relevant work experience in student counseling or a similar background
3. Demonstrate exemplary sales and negotiation skills while maintaining a student-first approach
4. Present, persuade, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
5. Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines
6. Show determination and persistence to drive sales
